Becica Associates moved to its new location in August of 2006. The new building, approximately 4,700 square feet in size, was designed collaboratively by the principals and staff to fit in with the nearby residential context of its neighborhood. To lessen the impact of the new building on the site, the new structure was built over the footprint of a previous building, and the existing parking lot remained as was. The building style is an abstract "shingle-style" with a strong sloped roof shape and eyebrow window. A comfortable work environment is available through open interior spaces, ample natural light, and an efficient plan. Picture windows allow light and air into the building and provide views of the natural scenes outside.
