Our investigative approach stresses collection of verifiable facts based on unbiased observation, impartial analytical approaches to the facts from which conclusions and opinions are developed. Becica Associates provides investigative know-how and equipment necessary to perform non-destructive evaluations such as infrared imaging, video scope inspections, water penetration testing, ultrasonic thickness measurements and concrete strength determination. We can also probe structures through openings using a number of tools including water cooled diamond core drilling and hammer drills. We stress the complete understanding of the arguments and potential arguments which can arise from the facts and offer our opinions as to their persuasiveness.
